View service →Key hard to turn, lever drooping or the latch not catching? We repair commercial mortise locks on site by cleaning, adjusting and replacing worn internal parts, so you keep the lock you already have.
Mortise lock repair in Phoenix usually saves the lock body. These heavy-duty locks are built to be serviced, and most problems trace back to a few worn parts or a door that has shifted.
Dust from monsoon storms, daily slams and heat moving the frame all wear on springs, hubs, latch bolts and cylinders. We open up the lock, replace what is worn, realign the strike and test the key, lever and deadbolt functions before we leave.

Mortise lock repair in Phoenix follows a bench-style process right at your door, saving the lock body whenever the case is sound.
We test the key, levers, thumbturn and deadbolt in turn to pinpoint whether the fault sits in the cylinder, the lock body or the door alignment.
The lock body is pulled from the door pocket and opened, then dust and old grease are cleaned out so worn springs, hubs and cams are visible.
Broken springs, cracked hubs, tired latch bolts or a worn cylinder are swapped for matching parts, and the cylinder can be rekeyed while it is out.
The body goes back in the pocket, the strike is adjusted to the latch, and each function is tested with key and lever from both sides.
